3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. MGK does not store your card or banking details.
• Prices may change without notice; however, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• In case of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Prices of B2B ingredients (MGK Core) are available on request and governed by separate commercial terms agreed at the time of quotation.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of an order confirmation by us via email/SMS/WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-serviceable delivery locations. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, coverage, and handling of damaged or undelivered shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
