This Shipping Policy applies to all consumer orders placed on www.mgkindia.com for Faljal and Magister products by MGK Food & Naturals Pvt. Ltd. For bulk / B2B (MGK Core) orders, shipping and logistics terms are finalised individually at the time of quotation.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes through reputed courier and logistics partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 1 business day to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
International shipping is currently not available for consumer orders. For export or bulk enquiries, please write to info@mgkindia.com.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, or regional conditions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight, and are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. There are no hidden charges — the amount you see at checkout is the final amount.
5. Payment & Cash on Delivery
We currently accept prepaid orders only, processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. If COD is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp on your registered contact details. You can track your shipment in real time through the courier partner's tracking page. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us with your Order ID.
7. Damaged, Tampered or Leaking Packages
As we deal in food products, package integrity matters. If your package appears damaged, tampered, or leaking at the time of delivery:
- Refuse to accept the package at the doorstep, if the damage is visible; or
- If noticed after accepting, report it to us within 48 hours at info@mgkindia.com or WhatsApp +91 74991 57214, with your Order ID and clear photos or an unboxing video.
A verified replacement or refund will be provided as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, regional restrictions, or incorrect/incomplete address details provided at checkout. MGK Food & Naturals Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control; however, our team will actively assist you in resolving any delivery issue.
9. Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery:
- For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the shipment reaching us, after deduction of actual shipping costs incurred.
- Alternatively, we can re-ship the order at additional shipping cost, if you prefer.
10. Address Changes
Delivery address can be changed only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at +91 74991 57214 or info@mgkindia.com with your Order ID and the corrected address. Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
